Ms. Rossi Cacao Sticks are traditionally manufactured using 100% natural and eco-friendly ingredients through methods that have existed for 100’s of years and were handed down through several generations. Fresh mountain-grown cocoa beans are carefully roasted over an outside wood fire, giving it that aromatic flavor. It is then seasoned with 100% natural herbs and spices such as cinnamon and bay leaf amongst others. The beans are grounded until they reach a pasty texture. They are then rolled into sticks and then packaged to suit customer satisfaction.
